Rules and Regulations
The Blackburn Ladies Softball League (BLSL) is guided by our Constitution, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations.
The BLSL Constitution may only be updated after the Annual General Meeting, which is held each fall. The BLSL Bylaws, and BLSL Rules and Regulations may be updated by the league's executive members as deemed necessary for safe and fair game play.
When in doubt, the executive team relies on the rulings of Softball Canada. Please visit the Softball Canada website for a full list of their policies.
